We own the outcome, not just the design. Here is something most clients don't know until it's too late: the gap between a beautiful design and a beautiful result is where most projects fall apart. It happens when the studio hands off to a separate contractor. Things get approximated, and design details get lost. The proportion that made the design work becomes close enough, but not the right one.
Where a project calls for architectural input beyond our scope, we work side by side with your architect or bring in the right one for that specific project. But accountability for the final result entirely stays with us.
